There are a total of 10 monthly installments, which are due on the first day of each month and late after the 5th day of that month.Installments made more than 5 days after the due date are subject to a late charge of $15 per month. Acceptance by LRMS on one or more occasions of a late payment without assessing a late charge shall not be a waiver of its rights with respect to any other late payments and resulting late charges. Tuition covers 180 days of instruction, which includes as many as 10 “Snow Days” built within the school academic calendar each year. Parents or guardians assume unconditional responsibility for the full year’s tuition payments. Beginning 30 days from this date, the undersigned understand(s) that this is a legally binding contract for the annual tuition for said child. The only exception to the above term is withdrawal as a result of a life-changing event such as loss of employment, death in the family, or relocation. Should withdrawal occur under these circumstances, the undersigned will be responsible for a minimum of three (3) months’ tuition from the date of withdrawal. All other withdrawals will be invoiced for the full amount of the contract at the time of withdrawal. LRMS reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrollment, without nullifying the terms of the agreement, if payments are not made by the tuition due dates. Parents of atypical students may be required to provide auxiliary staff during school hours. In the event that LRMS incurs expenses in connection with the enforcement of this contract and/or its collection of monies owed under this contract, the undersigned will be responsible for reimbursing LRMS for such expenses incurred, including (but not limited to) attorney’s fees and costs.
